no.... By measureing the color of the starrs we can determin how fast they are moving relitive to us. If we look at the color of the star we can figure this out. Just like when a car is traveling at you the pitch of the motor sounds higher, and when it is traveling away it is a lower pitch... The same is true with the light from the stars. If the light is blue er then it is traveling toward us, and if it is red er then it is traveling away.
We have examined distant starrs and galaxies and seen there are many infront and many behind us traveling at varrious speeds ... We do not know where in the ranking we are, but I am guessing we are in the middle of the pack

Points on the surface of a balloon which is being blown up move away from each other and there is no centre. From each point's view all the other points are moving away.
The universe is like a 3 dimensional version of the 2 dimensional surface of the balloon. (Excluding time, of course)

some people would say that it would be an irrelevant question since the universe is infinite, wouldn't that mean that someone else would always come before us? some scientists think that the universe is expanding outward (from the big bang) and that eventually we will start moving back inwards!
