www.websudoku.com is the best. It has thousands of puzzles.

Not sure about printing out the puzzles, but http://www.thepuzzlefactory.com/ has sudoku online that you can sit there and do.

NYTimes.com has one puzzle per day and websudoku.com has tons for free too.
