odd one but here goes...
I think i'd feel most stupid being caught makin out with my teacher than by being beat up in front of everyone.
Well the beatin might just be that one time where you get to be the laughin stock but you can rebounce from that.
If you make out with your teacher then you'll be considered odd (unless he/she is really hot) and to a side for the rest of the time at school and the others are gonna consider your grades undeserved (if they were good) even if you worked hard for it and they'll never really trust you the same way.
Again I suppose it depends on the reason why you were beat up if that is to be viewed fairly but just gettin beat up would for me be the lesser of two evils

lol they are both so gross! But I have to go with making out in front of your teacher. If you get beat up you could always say you had a cramp and couldn't fight back. But what would you say about the teacher one? that you had a little something on your lips?

Oh man! That's a tough one. It's like choosing the lesser evil!
A) You'd get constantly teased no matter what.
B) I guess it depends on whether the teacher is hot or not. Otherwise, it's just creepy.
So I'd probably say A is worse, but B is still pretty bad!

getting beat up is worse.u will loose the respect of the other students and your body will hurt from the beatting.get caught making out with your teacher is better.u will get credit from other students for your guts,u will probally be getting good grades from that teacher(at least before getting caught)

No matter what the consequences of B are. Hey in the end it was a good experience. It shows your skills with fellow humans of the opposite sex, it sure would reflect on the grades too.
And is there a law you can make out with the teacher

Making out with your teacher, because everyone will be thinking that you're getting an unfair advantage and then your teacher will be fired and then your mom will get mad and then everyone thinks your a slut. =(
Plus,
I think people who get beat up are cool!
