Find a new friend.

This is what we people in the south call "acting funny". When one of your friends "diss" you for another friend. I have had this to happen to me a couple of times when I was in grade school and even did it to a few of my friends.

The best thing to do in this situation is to talk to your friend and let her know how you feel. If she is truly your friend she will understand where you are coming from and re-evaluate the situation by finding a way to make all of you comfortable in the friendship.

A good friend is hard to find but a true friend will never stray away once found.

Don't sweat it so much. See this as an opportunity to explore who you are and what kind of person compliments you as a friend.

People change and friendships ebb and flow. That's life. However, there's an intensity and excitement in cultivating a new friend. Once this newness wears off, your friend will probably be able to get a better perspective on what she expects from both of you. Be patient and don't write her off. . .yet.

Try to sit your friend down and explain the way you're feeling. If she continues to act differently, distance yourself from her. If you matter to her at all (as a friend), she should come around once she notices you aren't always going to be there. A friend is a friend....no matter who else is around!
