Liberal, they believe in evolution

Well, seeing as how concervatives denied global warming until it got hotter than all get out and National Geographic is a nature publication concerned with conservation I'd say that their aims are more liberal, though they don't get into the trap of politics as much as some of the other conservation groups.

I think they are probably the most neutral source for information. It's hard to skew liberal or conservative when you're talking about birds or people who have been dead for 2000 years...

for the the most part I would have to say neither. however its hard to know whats going on in the world(the hole world) and not come out a little liberal.

Neither, but lately they have a hard time sticking to Geography. Rather than being all over the world by locations, they are all over the world by subjects.

I don't think they espouse any particular political point of view since they are a science, geographical and archaeological magazine.
