start---->programs----->accessories---------->system tools----->character map-------->times new roman....
scroll down to the symbol you want, double click, copy, & paste in your answers text

Go to Start.
Next, go to accessories.
Go to System Tools.
Click on Character Map, and choose which symbols you want!

there is no real way you can. to do this you need to be a member of a secret group who can only obtain them once they have passed seven very select quest. and itys easy to fail. if this has been read then you failed

its something with your character map, you ahve to copy them out and paste it into the box when you make your new screen name.
