People searches on Yahoo and Google could be helpful, but if she's married or changed her name, you'd have little luck. Try searching for her parents in your old home town. If you can contact them, you may be able to reach her through them.

If her parents are still alive, you could call them. You could also do a Yahoo people search. If you enter her name and the town you grew up in and her age, you might find something. If she changed her name, then it would be more difficult.

Check out the alumni association for your highschool - they may have updated info or at least relay any messaged from you.
