You'd have to be a real idiot to think that President Bush is stupid. No doubt more courage, heart, AND intelligence than you.

And I'm guessing you are the most articulate person on the planet, right? Look, half the folks on Yahoo can't spell and are to stupid to use "check spelling". The man is plain spoken and may be uncomfortable speaking publicly, many people are, that doesn't make him "freaking stupid" as you put it. It makes him human. John Kerry and Al Gore were very articulate but said nothing, Bill Clinton wasn't necessarily a wonderful speaker but he was okay. I think you just hate President Bush and have to constantly tear him down. The man knows what he is doing and was the best man for the job. Not everyone will be perfect.
To: Nick R. There is no evidence that President Bush suffers from speech or any other problem due to drug and alcohol abuse. What part of your anatomy did you pull this out of?

because he was raised in a hick Texas town, unfortunately, the one next to my birthplace. It was a domino effect. he was a little zealot religious boy who was allowed to become a zealot religous political candidate, and then allowed to become a zealot religous president.
if just anyone can became president with no checks on their mentality, who is to say that a totalitatrian can't sneak into the presidency?
and graduating from an ivy league university says nothing. I have seen lawyers post the most ignroant childish answers on here.

Very good question! I don't have an answer to that, but a better question is, "How did he get to be president." And to the person who called him intelligent: To use the word intelligent and him in the same sentence is an insult to the word "intelligent." Let's make sure that word has meaning, K? Also he graduated from college with a 'C' average. Pitiful.

Our President is not stupid, he has a learning and speaking disability cause by the consumption of drugs and alcohol for so many years.
To call him stupid is really disrespectful.
Would you call the special Olympic kids, spastics, I don't think so.
