I was listening to a song by Janes Addiction, titled 3 days.
In it, it is said:"the family weakens by the lies we swallow"...?
Any comments as to what he is getting to?

I think each time somebody tells a lie in the family, it tears away the foundation upon which the family is built. So it is better not to lie to each other within the family.

when you swallow a lie means you, let a lie go undealt with... You know and the person knows its a lie but you dont saying anything about becasue its family...song makes ALOT of sense... ill have too look that one up thanks
