Hi there, my question is I am into cycling and I have been cycling for the past year but it seems that I can not loose my stomach area. I don't have a heavy beer belly it's just a little something there. I am fine from my arms and legs, but my little pouch I can seem to get rid of. Can anyone reccomend me any supplements that I can take to burn fat while I'm cycling or any workout plans to loose this little pouch. Thank you.

You mean you are 34 pounds overweight? Avoid fatty diet and do a lot of abdominal exercises including yoga. Consult a dietician to advice the right amount of calories intake per day.

It probably has a lot to do with your diet. If you are eating a or drinking a lot of fatty things you will always have a little pouch. Crunches should help as well as sit ups and other abs exercises.
