I'm getting a new MacBook, and I need to know what else I will have to buy in order for me to be able to connect wirelessly to the internet. I have an existing DSL connection in my house. What else do I need?

The MacBook has a built in AirPort extreme 802.11g card.

You need a wireless router that supports 802.11b or g wireless protocals. This could be an Apple Airport, or any other brand (Linksys, Cisco, D-Link, etc) that supports the above protocals (they almost all do).

You need a wireless router. The Apple product, Airport is good but costs twice as much as competing products. I am very happy with my Belkin router. Just make sure it is 802.11g compatible.
