Nothwithstanding my own personal feeling that he is a hypocritical piece of s hit, he claims that the pills were prescribed to him but in his doctor's name. If this is true, it would be legal because the practice of doctors prescribing medication to themselves to preserve their clients' privacy is legal in certain circumstances, but the patient's chart would have to clearly reflect the arrangement. The question is, does his chart say that Viagra was being prescribed in the doctor's name to protect Rush's privacy. All that aside, Rush should have gone to jail for the first arrest since he was clearly doctor shopping. He got a deal because he was a first time offender, and he is being treated like the addict that he is. The irony is that prior to Rush's arrest for doctor shopping, he ranted and raved on his radio show that prosecutors were too "soft" on drug offenders and that drug users should be given sentences that were just as harsh as drug pushers -- no lenience for a dope head, no treatment. Just jail and punishment. How funny. If the prosecutor followed Rush's own recommendations, he be in jail by now.

Why did liberals give immoral Bill Clinton a pass, much more serious, and an elected official? Rush Limbaugh is a radio show host, he doesn't set policy, sigin bills into law, or make decisions that have an impact on the public. Yes, you are missing something, you are trying to put the man on trial on Yahoo....grow up a bit...

that is in person-friendly words a second degree misdemeanor. He received't get any time. If something he could proceed remedy longer than he had wanted. He might want to get the total element dropped by utilizing admitting he has a project and checking himself into remedy facility. Do you somewhat imagine he could do complicated time for taking Viagra? Robert Downey Jr. were given stuck with cocaine and handguns on quite a few diverse events, and he did not do time until eventually after the third. would you somewhat care if he wasn't a Conservative?

They don't realize that painkillers are just like any other drug. They think that there is a difference between illegally obtaining Oxycontin and illegally obtaining heroin or coke. If they treated all drugs equally then they would have to treat drug addicts equally. Can you imagine putting poor minorities in rehab with rich white people? Next thing you know you'd have to admit that the drug laws in this country are being used for racial oppression.

How is having Viagra a violation of his plea deal?

And Jim W...if Rush was a dem, I'd say the same thing.

BTW-I didn't care if an intern was sucking bill off. I don't care if he lied about it to his wife. He lied under oath.

Nope, I'm a republican and I agree. Him and Kennedy can share a cell, that Williams crook can stay one cell block over. I don't care who you are or what political affiliation, if you're a crook or a cheat, up the river buddy.

He didn't violate his plea agreement. The pills were prescribed by his physician.
You're just angry because he's getting some and you're not.
