I want to install my EF2000 flight simulator program from 1995 but XP wont let me. Where can I get a DOS emulator or DOS box??

There's a DOS emulator you can run in XP here:

What's probably worth trying first though is XP's Compatibility Mode which may well allow you to run your game properly. More info about that here:

You already have DOS. Restart your computer and hit F8 before the Windows LOGO comes on. Then go to safe mode and boot up in MS COMMAND PROMPT mode. It should take you to your DOS prompt.

You can even go to Start Menu, then click on RUN, and type cmd then hit enter. A Dos command prompt should come up. If you have a DOS game, it is probably in a floppy disk. Put the disk in, then assuming its your A drive, type cd a:

It should have taken you to the A drive. Then type dir/w and hit enter. You should see a bunch of file names. Find the .exe game name and launch it by typing the name and hit enter again.

That's the link to DOSBox. Things like DOS emulators are pretty complex to use... Best to figure it out yourself and find some documentation.

You will have to boot to DOS by using a bootable disks...
