Anger? I usually reserve that for when someone's foot or knee wants to put them back up.
Lots of people get distrubed because they can't have children. The reason for these items to be in the hanging sack, and why guys so often adopt an open-legged stance, is to keep them from getting too hot. Too hot and your little wigglers won't mature. If they won't mature, then you won't be making any rugrats to perpetuate your genes and name, outside of adoption which only perpetuates the name.
This is good cause to look up psychologists in the phone book. Sorry.
