Take steps to make changes. If you're not happy with yourself, it's difficult to be happy and encouraging to others. Take baby steps. Walk, talk over diet possibilities with your doctor, join a weight watch club; there's lots of them out there. And before you do any of that, just remember that God made you in HIS image, He doesn't make junk; He has made you uniquely you...if you need to improve yourself for yourself, go forward, but God loves you for who you are.

I've felt like this for a long time. But I'm over it.
Surround yourself with friends and family who love you, no matter how you look. If you lose weight, you'll feel better about yourself too. Just realize that no matter what other people may think about you, you're a wonderful person who deserves to be loved by others and yourself.

I have felt the same way. Just know you are not alone. Think seriously about seeing profesional help (like a counselor or psychologist). I know from personal experience that it can help a lot and there is nothing to be ashamed of. If you want to try to go through it yourself, just do the things that you know will help you lose weight and be healthy. Exercise is good for your body and your mind. You learn to love yourself first, or do something to help you love yourself better. Are you overweight? Start walking! You'll feel good, lose wieght and feel better about yourself. Join Weight Watchers (yes, guys go too). It's the safest and most realistic way to lose weight. I wish I had continued with Weight Watchers and my exercise routine, but I have come to accept myself the way that I am. I am healthy. Good luck and best wishes.

If your not happy with your body weight... and you don't love yourself... find out why... what do you have to live for? What makes you happy? What is making you unhappy at this particular moment? Make the necessary changes in your life that make you happy... then everything in your life should fall into place...

Well, when I feel constructive I try to start exercising a little each day. Even a 15 minute walk.
When I don't feel constructive I just drink vodka and surf the net, watch movies, or play video games.

if you are unable to lose the weight you should try wearing clothes which do not show how heavy you are. first you should try accept yourself. write down a few things about yourself. more importantly the friends you keep will make you feel better.
