If you have a messaging bundle it does not cost you anything, it is included in the messaging plan. If not then Picture messages are .25 per message to send or recieve.
If you are going to do a lot of these then message plans start for like $4.99 a month for 400 messages.

depends on your plan. it's called a mms. look up your plan, and see what it says about sending (and recieving) them.
