instead of looking for the number get a tester and turn the ignition on the vehicle does not have to be running just have power to accesories than get into the fuse box and you can test the fuses by sticking the end of the testor on each end of the fuses and if one end does not light up that indicates a blown fuse replace it and check your cruise control again maybe it could be something else

THis is probably a standard fuse. The fuses are color coded, shaped like a square horse shoe. On the end is the rating, 10, 15, etc.
Match the color and number and y ou will be fine.
If you mean WHICH of the fuses in the block is the cruise control, look inside the cover as there is usually a diagram of which fuses control which items.
When in doubt, get a can of beer and carefully extract each fuse one by one. Examine each before replacing it, and you will find the bad one soon er or later.
