I honestly think that the only two teams that could beat Brazil are England and Germany. So one of them will win the Cup. Hopefully England. England vs Germany would be amazing!

And how could anyone think that any other team could win other than the three listed above???

Why you might ask? Well, I'll explain...

Although England hasn't played to their potential thus far, they are one of the only teams that has yet to be out-played by an opponent in this tournament (Germany is the other team).

Portugal was outplayed by Holland, it's just a shame that the officiating interfered with the final result.

Brazil was outplayed by Ghana, but the Africans simply couldn't finish any chances.

Argentina was lucky to escape Mexico; even though the winning goal was the second nicest of the tourney so far (Joe Cole's was the nicest, no question).

France has been outplayed by everyone and their mother, but are now back on track (smashed Spain's face!).

Italy was outplayed by Ghana, the US and Australia! It is a real shocker that they managed to even get out of their group, let alone in first place. Again, poor officiating interferred with the final result in the round of 16 game (even though it was still kind of toss-up had it gone into extra time).

You can't argue with that. And you all know it. Any counter argument would be pointless. So give it a rest before you even start. Thank you!

As I was saying...

The only good game that England has been apart of so far was against Sweden, which included two VERY lucky goals for the Sweds (even though they did play very well), the second one was unintentional!!! The reason for this is because they are yet to play a team (with the exception of Sweden) that has played to win. Paraguay, Trinidad, and Equador played overly defensive with the intention of a draw. Which made no sense in the round of 16; Equador should really look at the rules (DRAWS DON'T ADVANCE!). Anyone playing against a team that is putting 80-100% to simply fend off goals is going to appear to suck.

Now that the stage is set for Portugal, both teams will be playing to actually win. And although Portugal is an excellent side, then are weaker in defense, mid and striking than the English; just look at the players, there is no contest.

That all being said, every match is up in the air, there is no such thing as a sure win at the point. May the best team win, and hopefully the officitating wont skew the results!
