First thing to do is sit him down and ask him about it, when is he getting a divorce. Then ask him when he thinks you'll be married. If he doesn't give you straight answers then you need to get tough and tell him you won't wait forever. Put the ball in his court so he has to make the next move, and quickly!

'Since he is still married technically there's nothing that you can do. Are you the rebound person or has he dated someone before you? Do whats best for you. Are you willing to wait until he decides to get a divorce? How about if its years before he makes that happen. Only you can determine what would be best for you. Jada Pinkett waited for Will Smith so only you can decide whats best for you. Dont let anyone make a decision for you that could oneday regret.

You need to talk to him and find out exactly why he has not gotten a divorce. Has he at least started the process? Definitely voice your concerns to him because you don't want to keep being strung along. If he really wants to marry you he should pursue his divorce ASAP.
