Because they come from a society that live like that all the time, and they think it's okay to come to Britain and carry on this way here. Well, It's very rude, and not accepted here. Also, if they come to live in this country they should be made to learn and speak our language, OR get out, because I know a lot that live around here that can't speak a word of English, and it's just DAMN RUDE

I know exactly how u feel and I'll tell u how i deal and how i make it not bother me. This is probably really bad and ppl probably wouldn't agree with this butttt here it is. I am nice to people who are nice and I help them out, remind them of pals card to get sale price, give them a coupon if i have it, take the sticky coupons off products when they dont see them etc. But if someones rude i do BARE minimum. I say 'hi' nothing more, grab the item scan, ask for pals card if i must (if management isn't around i dont ask the rude customers, I let them forget), and offer no extras etc. Just doing that is enough to make me feel better. When they yell and walk away I can at least hold onto the fact that they didn't get things that a nice person would get from me. I am not rude cause I'd lose my job but just those little differences make all the difference to me. It's a cutthroat world and we live in it :/

Wo wo wo, don't bring the whole Asian into this. Please do not generalize or put a stereotype on people. May be the Asian folks you experienced with are just jerks. Not every Asian or everyone is like that. There are jerks everywhere, and it seems some people meets more jerks in their lives. I am sorry but I hope you feel better.

the only asians that have come off as mean and rude and stuck up are the ones who were adopted by rich white people......atleast thats how they are around here....if asians or any other nationality for that matter were raised to treat other people with respect than i think the world would be a better place, and any asian i have ran into is very nice and polite and they are very friendly..there is this vietnemes lady who runs a littl shop down the street and she always gives me discounts and free food and its awesome!

I work around many different nationalities, and I've never found Asians to be rude. You need to realize that they use tone in their language different than us. We will use different tones to indicate questions, statements, etc., but most Asian dialects don't. Their questions will sometimes come off sounding like demands, but that's not how they mean it.

I have yet to meet a rude Asian! Whether I am waiting on them or they are waiting on me. I find rudeness far more often among Caucasians (especially women).

I see them here in LA...

the worst? Koreans...dumb as a box of rocks, and an attitude of a southern biggot. Came out of a shithole of a country, make a little $$$, and a serious ATTITUDE!

Why are you judging every Asian? It might just the people that you dealt with.

Have every other race been nice to you?

I haven't noticed this. I have found them to be very respectful myself but that's just my experience.
