I'm not so sure about this, but this possibly might work. You should call up Sony, and ask them if they can fix it if you send them it. I have a psp myself, first you need a warranty. If you have one, give your psp in to best buy or circuit city and it should work. That's what the salesman at best buy told me to do if I needed it fixed, so use these tips.

You need to find the warranty thingy and/or call sony and set up getting it fixed. Than they tell you were to send it they fix it and mail it back.

If the screen is broken search PSP replacement lcd screen on ebay. If you have dead pixals go to playstation.com and look for the constermer support phoneline.

all the 6 years of playing I have seen the boxs have a telphone number to get help fixing it, I would get the number and call Note: get a parent to call

there should be an adress on the box it came in or if you got to www.sony.com then go to psp part you should find email adresses, phone numbers ect. ect.
