why are black people so racist to white people and then when white people do it back they over react (read on)

its hardly fair that in England where i am i take racist comments from lots of black people and immegrants, they come to our country and then are racists to their grascious host, harld fair, and as soon as us whites retaliate they get pis*ed off and over react, ofetn getting violent and nasty. I mean its like if u were punched you'd hit em back, you can only take so much before returning the abuse and retaliating. im not saying all black people are racist to white people and vice versa.

My family was dining at a large Buffet Chain the other day. (The old Country Buffet) We ate at an odd time because of our travel. We where about done when all of a sudden literally 100s of black people started running to the door..(about 3:30 pm) I found it very odd. They didn't appear to be together (no family gathering). They took over an entire section of the restaurant, and even asked the few white people sitting in that section to get up and move.

They then managed to clean out all of the meat dishes on the buffet. Come to find out, the prices go up at 4:00 for the supper menu, but They set out the ribs and steak for the supper a little early. They where coming at 3:30 to get the cheap lunch price but loading up on the more expensive food. Then we noticed several black women taking gallon zip lock baggies out of their huge purses, and started loading them full of Chicken & then stuffing it back in their purses. When a manager finally busted a lady, there was almost a riot. You should have heard all the cussing and yelling, pushing and shoving. We got our family out ASAP. I know exactly what you are saying, not ALL blacks are this way, but when you get over 100 all doing it at once, it looks pretty bad for the race in general.

Seriously, racism coming from both sides is disgusting. Just because you are from a minority group does not give you the right to be hateful even if people are being hateful to you. Getting violent and nasty is just going to make your situation worse and get you no where fast...or even worse.

It's hard being a minority, and I think that black people have it the worst. Black people are probably the most discriminated against people on the planet...keep this in mind when you say that they are being racist. More likely, they are being paranoid because of the prejudgment that is made because of the color of their skin.

This in no way excuses or justifies black people being racist, it's just an explanation. What you take from this (if you read it) is up to you.

I would also like to make a comment about the answer from mullinder@sb... --- Most Americans have no problem with Mexicans that want to become American Citizens the LEGAL way. It is the ILLEGAL ones that they have the problems with. It does not matter what they do for a living -- Illegal is Illegal. It is like saying that a Mexican should be put in jail for stealing, but a white person shouldn't -- illegal is illegal - no prejudice there!! What part of illegal alien do you not understand?? Since I live in the Southwest of the USA, this is not a new subject - it should have been addressed years ago by the government, now it is out of control. It is comments like you made that keep prejudices alive and going. It is exactly the same as "why blacks are so angry" -- WHY put a label on a person's color (race) ??

Well this is a question i as a white american have always pondered.I beleive that the general white population(mostly in big cities)are way to politicaly correct.I find it foolish that there is a united ***** college fund bet ebony magazine and the list goes on and on.Personaly i am one to react to a personal confrontation with a person of other race than i am with the same vulgarity they use in their words towards me.For the reason other cultures can get away with there anti white comment's most of it is people beleiving to much of what the news,etc tells them.I beleive most of the news channels make stories up due to the fact that their are probably 900 different news channels,They have to run out of stories to report so they make the stuff up.Rascism in my personal life ,plain and simple is treat me with respect and i will rspect you no matter what race you are,treat me in a bad manner expect it right back.

I do not think everyone understands your point. Yes, there is prejudice among all races, no matter how much some people would like to deny it. It is not something to be proud of, but it is a fact of life. But you never hear a white person use the excuse "It's just because I am white!" when they are denied something or they feel an injustice has been done to them.
For example, I have a lot of black guys ask me out. But if you tell them "no" they automatically assume it is because you are prejudice. It has more to do with the fact that I would not have anything in common with them. I don't date even date white guys that I don’t have anything in common with! And aren't I allowed to have my own preferences? There are plenty of men that just go out with blondes, so I feel I am entitled to just date whites if that is what I want to do & I should not be made to feel like crap for saying "no" to someone that I am totally not interested in.

And why is there an " American ***** College Fund" (when the term '*****' is not even considered acceptable anymore!) but God forbid there be a college fund just for Caucasians? We are always being accused of having kept them in slavery but my ancestors never owned slaves nor brought them to America---my ancestors came over long after the Civil War so I should not be held accountable for the wrongs someone else did centuries back.

I do not mean to offend anyone. I am all for equal rights, but not special rights, double standards, & the like.

Well i dont know if u heard but us black people had a hudge history with racism and takin all type of **** from whites..not saying that all whites are the same but u have to know that there is problably always going to be tention between the two..And ur right all of us arent racist color doesnt matter to me, there are bad people black and white..i mean as far as the reaction from us well i understand because mz attitude is how dare u call me a ****** and u know the history of it..but ur also right about something else its not fair for blacks and other people of color to be racist towards whites either..

Hell I would say that white people are more racist to blacks because look how long slavery lasted and think about the fact that we have had not one black president and we see a lot of poor white trash come out and start mess! I say that blacks and other nationalities have more trouble living on this earth then whites remember the fact that most of this earth is based on all American looks!

I agree. I'm black myself, but I'm not ashamed to say that most blacks act this way b/c they're ignorant. Most hold prejudices towards white people b/c they feel like white people owe them something and they look down on them. In all actuality, the blacks who are prejudice are mostly the ones who don't want to get off their azzes and go to work or do anything productive for themselves...These are the ones who look to welfare to make a living, while they sit around all day, making babies, smoking weed and cigarrettes and other ILLEGAL things...The prodictive ones, however, get along with white people, b/c we are not threatened...We consider ourselves on the same level and hold the mental capacity to be intelligent just like anyone else in the world...Intelligence and knowledge is FREE. It's up to each individual to get out there and so better for themselves...

I know what you are talking about....seems like they isolate themselves even though they fought so hard to end segregation. They have all kinds of black-only organizations (for instance there is now a Black Miss America), but God forbid any white-only stuff! I think it's so ridiculous. People are perfectly welcome to have their own little groups of people that they like. If I decide that I want to have a club that only people with brown hair can be in, then that's my prerogative, but I don't get to gripe about how I can't into the redhead club....you know what I mean??

Have you ever heard the saying - two wrongs don't make a right!? I find it hard to believe that blacks and "immigrants" in England are making these comments out of the blue. But I dont live there. However, I would suggest not even using your positive energy on negativity.
