Depends on the person. I have to cool off first or I say things that I shouldn't. My husband, on the other hand, has to talk RIGHT NOW!

Personally, I don't walk away mad nor do I let anyone else. You never know if it will be the last time you see them or they see you. Anything can happen. Some people need to cool off though. Depends on how that person handles their anger. If they get violent when they are angry, let them cool off. It's complicated though. Maybe you should try praying. God heals all. Good luck!

That depends on their personality. A lot of people DO need to "cool off" and then you need to let them do so before you approach them to work it out. Others need resolution NOW and you have to take a deep breath and wade right in. Only you will know which is right - (and even then you may be wrong!). Bottom line is that if you really want to solve the problem, you really need to manifest that to them so that they know you two will be looking for an answer rather than just fighting some more.

The best thing is to walk away from the situation. That lets both of you cool off. Then you can get a cool head and so can the person you are angry with. Trust me if you try to reason with someone who is really angry you will get the brunt of their wrath and in-turn they may hear things from you you might wish later you didn't say.

your best bet is to let them cool off. Depending on what this person is mad about I would send them a card or maybe some flowers asking if they are willing to talk to give you a call because you miss them. Good Luck!

I believe it all depends on the temperament of said person. If you believe the person would be willing to listen to you then by all means talking is important but if the person is someone who needs that time to cool off then it is up to you to give them that cooling off period.Hope this helps and remember be patient, good luck.

Infact you should talk to them beause there may be any misunderstanding in your relations. To let the angry person cool off is not a solution of the problem.

Well, I would suggest you give them the option to talk when they are ready. Just tell the other person "When you are ready, I want to talk about [insert situation here]" or something to that effect. Then they know that you do want to deal with the issue but it will be when they are ready to deal with it too. It's better to let them know asap that you are aware that the problem needs to be dealt with and won't just go away on it's own.
