Are you asking how to record this on a scorer's sheet? If so, and you are using a traditional scorer's sheet with the diamond box, its not necessary to record. However, if you are tabulating pitch counts, you can just write the number of the pitch or pitches fouled off across the bottom of the box. as long as you understand its implication, that's all that really matters.

On a pitch count of 2 stike the 3rd foul does not count. A coach may keep track of it as a pitch to keep track of how many pitches a pitcher throws.

Hit as many fouls as you want in MLB you will only get 2 strikes. You don't strike out on fouls in the Majors. That rule is only in place in like high school games and such to speed the game up a little basically.

You don't strikeout on a foul EXCEPT if it is a bunt attempt. If you bunt and foul on the 3rd strike, you are out
