Will I be marked off if I don't want to use a tampon?

Depends on the gym teacher. I'd talk to him/her - or get your mother to write you a note or something. I don't think they can make you, but you might have to do an alternative activity.

Have ur mom or docter write a note. The teacher well tell u if u get maked down for it. But try the note first.

its crazy but most likely if you start in a pool the water decreases the flow- so u dont bleed in the water. but if u notice, just excuse urself to the bathroom and tell ur gym teacher... its usually easier if the coach is a woman... or get ur parents to write a note

Have your mom check with the school/PE teacher. If you don't like tampons, you should not have to wear them.

well.. tampons do just fine and are a lot more comfortable than pads, but if you don't want to wear one then idk what else to tell you.

it depends on your teacher whether you get marked off or not..

good luck though! =)
