Silver jewelry always goes well w/black. Since it is a tube top I would opt for a large necklace not something on a thin chain and hoop earrings

Don't attract attention away from the upper area of the tube top because that is what makes it unique! (no straps!) So you should keep it fab and simple at the same time.

Any color would look fine, it would depend on the style you are looking to create.
If you are looking for bohemian or natural style I would recommend turquoise and coral maybe a wooden bead.
Layer your necklaces from choker to long.
Layer your bracelets.
Dangling beaded earrings (make them simple)
Chunky or beaded jewelry for the bracelets and necklaces.
Beaded jewelry.
I am not big on tube tops but if you absolutely have to wear one wear with jeans.

Black is an universal color, so any color jewelry, except pure black should work. Try to color coordinate with the rest of the outfit you are wearing. Also, base your choice on the affair. Casual, wear casual jewelry. Dressy, wear something glitzy and dressier. Be creative, you can with black.

When I hear black tube top, I'm thinking light pink chunky double necklace. Mathcing bracelet and earings. You can find these items at icing or claires. Hope you like!

wear something big (chunky beads or bangles) and chose a color that you like or maybe one that you don't get the chance to wear often because anything matches with black. chose brighter colors if you like you jewlery to stand out. if your really liking your shirt though, go for something more mellow.

a nice colored skirt, preferrably a summer colr, pink, baby blue, even a nice shade of green as long as you have a shoe or sandal to match, it should definitely only be accented by black and choice color jewelry to match or silver whichever seesm to go best with your skin tone
