"Call on you" can mean the person saying it intends to pay you a visit, it can also mean that he/she intends to ask you to answer a question in class, in either case they are telling you to be prepared for some future action they are going to take involving you.

"there is some water", water is a group or collective noun, but is singular so takes a singular verb.

"in", but the sentence is somewhat scrambled, use: "I am not going to school next year, but I will go in another year."

either "go to" or "to go to"
