MAC cosmetics is very nice. maccosmetics.com or you can go to some Dept stores for color matching. They have a powder foundation called "studio fix" that covers blemishes/redness etc.

Mary Kay Medium Coverage Foundation ($14.00) You don't have to spend a lot of money on quality makeup. Use the rest of that $150.00 for something else.

I would say Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation....
The soul purpose of is for it to last all day, the finish I wouldn't say velvety, but very smooth looking I think it's about $30.00 at Macy*s, Gottschalks, Bloomingdales, DIllards....places like that.

I would NOT recommend Mary Kay or Avon.
If you have the cash to spend, I know people have said these, but Bare Escentuals is great, MAC and also Prescriptives. You can get Bare Escentuals (or Bare Minerals) at Ulta. MAC can be purchased at Marshall Field's, at MAC stores, or online at their website. Prescriptives also has color matching for your skin tone.

well if you are willing to spend that kind of cash i would try Chanel foundation. it is great but most people can't afford it because it goes for around 100 bucks. also i live for mac because it is light smooth and easy to apply especially in the summer months it goes for about 25 bucks

Bare Minerals/Essentials or Philosophy's airbrush foundations (both mineral make-ups) are FAR superior to liquid foundations IMHO but don't take my word for it - go try them on and you won't be sorry.
