Is it possible ghosts exists? Has it been proven? Or is it just being lucid?

i would like to hear real stories without a doubt they have encountered a ghost. And were u totally cognisent of everything around you.

I have encountered ghosts. I saw one at my ex mother in laws home. It was a tall, dark, skinny man with a ten gallon hat. He saw I noticed him, tipped his hat to me, then left. After my ex's grandpa died, he would walk the hall of our home. Then when his grandma died, she would start the stereo (CD player) and turn the sound down low, turn on the heat when we weren't home (the dogs were locked in so good thing we came home when we did; she was always cold when alive), moved the dog dishes around, etc. One of our dogs even chased her out of the home and she never came back! When my ex's mom passed away, she would turn on the a/c (she was always warm when she was alive) and knock things off of shelves--and they were on there firmly, or make the glove box of our car open--and it was shut tight. When my mom passed away 6 years ago, she would knock things off of shelves too, has made pictures in my new home crooked, etc. When my ex and I had a home together, we heard ghosts. I had heard a little girl talking/singing inside the home--but there had been no little girls that died there in the 20-30 years that his mom had lived on that property (our home was on his moms property). We also heard a oouple of them talking outside our bedroom window several times. I told them that it was time for them to go home now, that their time here was over, and they went away.

I also believe that there is a ghost in my fiances train room (he collects model trains and has a room full of them). There will be no one else home as my fiance and our friends son have gone to work. I will be in our bedroom downstaris and I will hear footsteps in that room--and that room is locked!!! It is NOT the house settling. I know the sound of that and of footsteps.

So, I definitely believe in ghosts/spirits. I believe that they either haven't moved on yet, or have chosen to come back and haunt the ones they know, or don't know.

Oh yes, you can hear stories of ghosts and the TV and movies make it sound REAL.. but there has NEVER been any PROOF that they exist.. Personally, I do not believe in ghosts..
