well, it's only a few minutes and I've answered it- now it will be 24 hours before you can vote for the best answer, then it will go into answered questions.
if you don't bother to vote it will go into unresolved questions and other people will be able to vote.
Some unresolved questions seem to stick around for weeks.
Who knows where they go, with all our dreams and wishes maybe, into the anonymity of the eternal ether!
