Well - it depends on a number of diffrent factors...
the size of the boobs, big ones are generally softer, small one s are harder.
If teh boobs are real or not... Fake ones are notoriously hard, but more accuritly firm.
How old the boobs are, and how well they have been suported during their life... Younger boobs are firmer and perkier - generally - and older ones are softer and looser.
If they are in side of a bra or not. Obviously a bra has a huge effect on how a boob will feel.
They are generally warm - but a bit below body temprature, they generally are not of an even texture, you can feel the various structures inside of them - the glands and pockets of fat.
It depends on a lot of diffrent factors - but I have yet to meet a guy - gay or strait - who disliket how they feel... so maybe the answer to your question is that tehy feel good.
