Everytime I play the game I always get people telling myself and others that they are reported to the server because they are unhappy that they were killed or for other reasons. My problem is that most of these people are the ones who should be reported. But how do I know if they are reporting me. I am trying to keep my account up to par. I have worked hard on it and want to enjoy the game. Thanks

Look in your in box if there are any new messages and you didn't ask Jagex a question or you didn't just send in another payment for members then it has got to be a report. Also I'm pretty sure that you can't get banned if that is your first report or your first report for doing something wrong. I don't usually care when people report me i kinda ignore it unless i did something really bad.

um i havent told anyone this but when i got banned i sent an email to jagex and i put sum stuff in (CONFIDENTIAL) and i got away with it, mainly the fact cos this person hacked my account then started breakin rules

They look at the reports and if they find no wrong-doing they ignore it, if they do You'll find yourself unable to log-in.
