I don't know if it is because of my skin type or what but if I take more than one shower a day then my skin gets as dry as the Sahara Desert.

Water and soaps strip the natural oils from the skin and make it dry. All those showers are hard on your skin. You need to use a good body lotion to replace oil.

I'm not sure why you have dry skin but I will give you some advice. After getting out of the shower before you dry off use baby oil on your skin while it is still damp. I always step out onto a towel, if it gets in the tub its very sleek so be careful. Your skin will be soft and moisturized all day :)

Try using less soap during your shower. It's probably not the water but the soap you use during the shower that is drying your skin. Soap removes oil. Water does not remove oil as much.

Me too! At my house the water comes out fast and hard. At my dads house the water is soft and smooth, but my skin never gets dry when Im out of the shower at his house.

I think it has something to do with your water system and how fast or slow the water comes out. I asked my mom and she said it has to do with the water system.
