It just seems that people use it now as a way to get people to do things and try to lessing their own guilt of erogance, such as "Read this LOL" , "You have to try this! LOL".
Or people think that everyone else has no real funnybone, like if the writer doesn't put LOL at the end of the statement the reader is going to think, "OMG, that person is going to kill her boyfriend".

That depends. Like all words and phrases it has meaning, regardless of its popularity. If you really are laughing as you make the decision to type 'LOL', it is appropriate and therefore valid.
Some people prefer to use the form that laughter usually takes in print, such as 'haha' or what have you. If you want to be particularly meticulous, you may vary the vowel to better match the sound of your laughter.

It signifies that the man is in place of work yet that he or she isn't eligible for reelection. Bush is considered a lame duck. that signifies that in the adventure that they have got plans they want to get them finished. Lame duck politicians get extra finished contained in the merely right few months of place of work than interior something else of their time period.
