Try showing them what to do, then have them repeat it.
Don't say a word, just do the exercise (run/kick,, whatever)
then gesture to them that it is their turn.
They will realize if they can't do it.
Try telling them by example instead of in words.
When they improve, notice it and mention it.
LIke "YES! you kept control of the ball that time!"
When they are bad, don't say anything.
Try to see little ways they improve or catch them doing something right and comment on it.
Good luck.

Make sure to enforce the behavior when they do something well. That way they'll keep doing it. For the other things that they aren't doing well with make note of it. As a team have everyone work on it together so no one feels like they're being pointed out. When someone feels inferior they'll keep playing that way and it's hard to break free. If they still struggle after the practices, take them aside and let them know what they're doing well. Say, "You're speed is looking great so keep that up, but you're ability to control the ball needs some work." Then suggest what they can work on at home by showing them some exercises. This way they're not being singled out. If they're really dedicated and want to get better they'll do it on their own. If not, then don't feel bad about them sucking. haha good luck!

Ronaldo's been consuming too many pies, and is wasting it very swiftly. But should you appear on the everage Brazil workforce when you consider that the sector cup in 2006, it is integrated the likes of Vagner Love, Gilberto, Pato, Anderson and Gomes. They as a rule don't seem to be their satisfactory gamers, while the likes of Ronaldinho, Kaka and Robinho have mentioned they do not desire to play.
