i will tell u what are the reasons of that and i will show u the way to get ride of it:
1-lack of sleep(as u said u sleep enough 8 hrs per day....dont sleep during a day....do some kind of sport in the evening...eat the light dinner with yaghourt....dont drink tea or cafe after 6 pm....eat some biscuits and warm milk before u go to bed...when u see u cant sleep leave ur bed ..read something then when u get sleepy again back to bed)...
2-smoking(its better if u decrease the number of cigarette u smoke)
3-nutrition(have to drink 7 glasses of water per day...2 piece of fruits including ur routine foods)
4-stress
5-glasses(better to use contact lense)
6- watching the monitor(every one hr let ur eyes rest for 5 mins)
7-rubbing ur eyes alot....make ur little vein broken(try to dont rub ur eyes alot and use warm pad on ur eyes at night if during the day u rubed them)
8-anemia(u have to ask ur G.P ab that and by blood test u can find that out),like when u dont have enough Iron ...u can use some ferrus sulfate tablets per night(but just wih ur G.P order
9- lack of Zinc(one tablet of Zn per night)
10-Genetic(here is no way just u can cover it by cosmetic brands) ...
cheap brands never work good enough for cover it be sure

I know of 3 things that could help! Mary Kay has 2 products one is called a facial highlighter ( it really works as I have this problem as well) the second is called indulge soothing eye gel ( it gets rid of puffienss and is like an instant eye lift) the other is age firming eye cream!

Use LOTS of concealer. I have the same problem. Use a cream concealer that is your skin tone and not YELLOW like some people suggest. It looks like your skin is rotting and you have some sort of rare disease. Cucumbers only work for under eye puffiness. Plus, you might end up eating them. I know Maybelleine (?) has an "Undetectable" concealer. I love it!!!

I have the same problem and the only solution I have come up with is to go to sleep early for like 3 nights in a row. I did it and I have no more dark areas around my eyes. Hope it helps ;)

I read somewhere (sorry but I can't remember where) that the darkness under your eyes are a calcium deficiency. People who don't drink enough milk or calcium tend to get them (so the article said) Hope this helps

I don't have any products but I have a method. Keep spoons in the freezer. When you wake up press backside of spoon under each eye until spoon reaches room temp

i have that same problem! there is really nothing you can do about it exept put a little concealer 1 shade lighter than your skin on it.

try to get the kind that comes in a dish or small jar not in a tube or bottle. don't put too much on or it will look caked. use your ring finger to apply it.

then put on a powder the same shade as your skin or a translucent powder on the area to seal it.

I read in Cosmogirl that yellow concealer helps get rid of the dark circles under your eyes. In the color wheel, yellow and purple are across each other so it neutralizes.

I have this problem too.
"To reduce puffiness, put two lukewarm mint teabags on them. You'll have eyes that look like you've slept forever!"
but i use this Rub cocoa butter under your eyes every night, and those dark circles will disappear!" omg it works really good.
