For weeks I cant get to MSN.com

Are you getting to all other websites? Are you getting a 404 when you try to get to MSN.com or having login problems?

All the answers are good, but, one step no one mentioned. If you want to keep MSN as you 'always' home page on the browser, after the web site loads, click on Tools, click on Internet Options and select 'use current'. This will keep MSN until you change it to something else.

www.msn.com works just fine for me.
Try emptying your browser's cache (Tools - Internet Options - Delete Files) and make sure you tick the OFFLINE files button too.
