the Lord of the Rings trilogy is excellent fiction. My favorite is probably Fellowship of the Ring b/c it's fun and more lighthearted than the later books...though that is some of the beauty of the later books.

My favorite so far is, The Witch of Cologne by Tobsha Learner. I Loved this book fully, I think it would make an even better play. I think everyone who loves a love story mixed in with political bullpoopy shoudl read this. It really peaked my interest...the cover alone is hot!

I liked Desperation by Stephen King. It was long, but worth it.

Roots Alex Haley...as a teen I loved (and still do) Go Ask Alice, it was an anonymous diary of a drug user. Good book.

My favourite novel is 'If tommorow comes' by Sidney Sheldon and my favourite non fiction book is 'Getting the Love you want' by Harville Hendricks.

odd thomas by dean koontz is also a good one, its a horror one too
