Tough one, corporate America doesn't reward ethics these days.
Look for companies that arent outsourcing as much, I would use it as a good indicator. If they lay off thousands of people because it is cheaper to get work done in India or China, I dont think they have a great ethic !!

Life is really short, ask yourself if you are happy where you work or not. if you think that your work ethics isnot rewarded than you are not happy.
Look for a place that makes you happy getting up in the morning, that has laughs and activities. having a title is not the answer.
I was in a place with less work ethics but I was happy than I chose to move to a place with high ethics but It became a nightmare. and I have not been happy since.

I feel the best way to achieve that is to go into business for yourself. Every thing you do is not only rewarded but you receive the tax benefits that commercial companies do! This is something you can build that nets you residual income as well as amazing rewards.
Something to consider.

If you find out, please let me know! My company talks the talk, but they don't walk the walk. (Sorry for the cliche, but that's the truth.)

They spend thousands every year doing surveys, but then don't follow up on anything that shows up as a problem.
