Some people seek to get high by sniffing the fumes from glue. This causes brain damage, however, leaving them mentally incapacitated. So a glue sniffer would be someone whose mental abilities seem to have been damaged by such self-inflicted activity.

I'm not sure I should answer your question. But it is better you hear it from a responsible adult. Glue sniffing is a form of drug taking usually carried out by poor, lonely and unloved children.
Certain volatiles in certain glues cause changes to the brains chemistry. The bad news is that these children almost always suffer from horrific after-effects. I don't mean the horrors coming up or down. I mean they rot their physical bodies over time. Is that enough to answer your question?
