How do I find them..I don't have an email address

Not always. That person is given a choice when editing their profile as to whether or not they would prefer to be added to Yahoo! Member directory where others can easily find them. Also, you must consider, not everyone enters correct or even truthful information when signing up for an I.D. So I would have to say your chances break even.
