I am 16 and my penis erect is about 4.5 inches. I am a small bit overweight and i am wondering that if i loose some weight if it will grow?

i lost weight a started to work out but it stayed pretty much in the same shape but there are ways to let it grow with out surgery and pills and stuff. But itll grow olny by an dinch or so.
