i have a round head w/ plumpy lips and cheeks i'm skinny and have straight brown hair... I like to dress like a rocker/punk but happy and it doesnt go with my hair or face...HELP WHAT SHOULD I WHERE

Wear one of those cute super-short denim jackets. It'll round out your torso a bit and make your head look less round.

well, there is nothing you can do with plumpy lips/cheeks. most people would love that. and as for your hair, you could always fix it, by doing some coloring, perming. you should work with what you have. its always fun to expierment what what you got, instead of spending a lot of money..
dont worry what others think of you, be yourself....

You can use brown toned blushes to put under your cheek bones to make your cheeks look smaller and wear very subdued lipsticks and no gloss on your lips. Other than that, be content with who you are and wear what you like and smile. If you are convinced that this is your style, then wear it with style.

try a shoulder length or collarbone length cut with lots of differnet layers. style it with gel to make it flip out at the ends of the layers. use a light pink blush on your cheeks but only if you're fair skinned and only put it on the apples of your cheeks. then use a light pink or cherry colored lip gloss but use it sparingly and make sure it has no glitter or shimmer but that it's just a clear colored gloss. i hope this works for you it looked really good on my cousin and she has the same face shape you described. Give me a 10 please!!!

you shouldnt dress like a punk or rock person.dress like a tomboy or girlegirl.if you do sports dress like a tomboy if you dont play sports then dress like a girlegirl.if you dont like being a tomboy or a girlegirl then you could mix them together and creat a new look in between tomboy and girlegirl.
