Men shouldn't be worrying whether we're single or not, just go for it and find out surely?....otherwise men and women will never talk!!?

I don't think money and status is everything cybercomme. However a man should have a job and be able to hold his own in the house. Though you may think that women around the world do not feel like this I bet they do want their man to be able to provide for at least the basic needs of food clothing and shelter.
Well back to the question in hand. I think lots of guys fear being rejected especially because women are becoming the new man they know what they want; would not take almost there and are no longer afraid for most part to go and get it. Guys generally do not feel in control anymore.

It is because English women are not friendly people. If any man approaches them they will automatically reject them, thinking that they are a jerk for coming near them. This is an inbuilt kneejerk reaction for them, why I don't know. I think it has a lot to do with the Brit obsessions with money and status Try any other womanly race on Earth and you will get an affable response 50% of the time, not with Brit women tho, they do give most men the very great impression that they are not what is needed. Get a grip you lot!

we are afraid to! it's gone to the stage that you look at a woman and straight away everyone is screaming pervert, or asking what are you looking at. or some smart yukkie remark like that.
women do not trust men and men know that, even single men.
besides women have all the rights on their side, if a woman was alone in a building with a man or got a lift with a man he may be a really nice bloke, but if the woman says he touched her up or some other similar incident, who is believed, YES IT IS THE WOMAN. so we are frightened to go near them.
Women rule and that's how it is.
us blokes can not function properly as it goes against primeval instinct, for the male species to chase up the female species.
now that is a dangerous very very dangerous hobby.

Some still do but I think it is now expected that all things should be equal which, to a man, means women have to do everything women do and then have to do all the things men do as well. I tend to get chatted up by old men. To be quite honest, they aren't very good at it. Maybe they realised that and they all gave up.

I try but women know what they want and if you don't fit the bill women are as cold as ice. Men can be scared of trying. If you give a man a signal like a smile then that's a start. So give him a lead and he will follow.

where in england are you from?! cos in my bit guys are ALWAYS chatting women up...they arent shy in the slightest!...i even got chatted up in the morning last week! THE MORNING!
and a couple of days ago i got whistled at and called to when i was walking with my BROTHER!
i know girls who have gotten chatted p when they are with their boyfriends, or even their mums
Guys are always chatting girls up and they are DEFINATLEY not shy about it!
