Let your friend be who she wants to be, a good friend would not care if their frind was ugly or not. Or you could always ask her if you could give her some tips on how to look good, but tell her in a nice way. Good Luck!!

make her feel good by letting her dress like you,, if she is so ugly then u will still be the center of attention andshe would be the same as before so dont worry

it sounds like youre friends with her to make yourself feel/ or look fine, sexy, cute, etc. youre wrong, and you should be glad that someone admires you as much.
