Running a mile is very easy, you can even walk if you start to wheeze.

Throwing a javelin is equally easy, hold it by the handle, draw your arm back and accellerate your arm forward throwing the javelin at the apex of your arms arc.

Top Tip remember to let go of the javelin or you'll stab it into your foot.

build up to your run, dont go full steam in, run for 5 minutes, then walk for 5 then run etc etc. As for the javelin, aim for the horizon, not too high and concentrate on throwing it!
