Back in the 1930 to 1990. this would been referring the a electronic computer or calculator. However from 1990 to present day this referring to a electronic neural net computer used in Artificial intelligence reseach.

Artificial brain(electronic brain) is the research to develop hardware that has cognitive abilities similar to the human brain.
