I LOVE Rear Window, the intricate detail to every character viewed from the window, they are all acting and have there own stage and have to constantly be performing in the background even when the camera is not on them.
The suspense is top notch and something a lot of us can relate to , seeing someone form a window and creating a life or dialogue for them...I also love The Birds, it was my very first Hitchcock film.
But all of his movies are great and I recommend his last, Family Plot.

The Birds. I watched it with a buddy of mine about 20 years ago. Now when we are playing golf and he see's a bird he screams like an 8 year old girl and tries to hide behind someone.

Rebecca, the love story, the action, the suspense. Hitchcock at his best.

Rear Window.
Talk about an active imagination! That film is voyeurism at its best. And a film fan is the ultimate voyeur...nice twist at the end.

The Birds...Looked at birds a lot differently for a while after that movie. Was a child in a drive in with my mom.

Also Rear Window. Everyone can identify with snooping on neighbors now and then. Sometimes you find out more than you want to know.

North by Northwest.
It's just a very well-written movie script.
