the last Jedi knight was anakin skywalker. obi-wan and Yoda were Jedi masters. Luke does not count, he never was a padawan. Anakin/Vader out lived Yoda, when Luke converted Vader back to good he became the last Jedi knight of the old order! it is not Vader, he was a sith!

I would have to say Yoda, even though Darth Vadar out lived him. Once Anakin Skywalker crossed over to the dard side, he was no longer a Jedi. Although the closing scene of "Return of the Jedi" does show Anakin in the company of Obi-Wan and Yoda, Anakin never really functioned as a Jedi again once he became Darth Vadar.

But that's just my opinion.

I am going to go with Yoda because he stayed true to the force i.e. did not turn to the dark side.
