I don't like superman, batman is my favorite superhero. But I did see superman last night, all I can say is that this movie kick a-ss! Way better than past superman movies. Brandon Routh also makes a better Superman than Christopher Reeve did. Of course people will never admit that. However the movie is a bit predictable. Trust me, See It.

I saw the special screening on 6/27/06. I am a hardcore Superman fan and have been since the 70's (oops telling my age) but anyway...I absolutely loved this movie. It was incredible.
There were a couple of dull moments, but the whole movie overall was fabulous.

It looks incredible cheesy. But then again, anytime it's a movie about a man/bat, man/superhero, it's usually cheesy.
(except Christian Bale in Batman Begins..lol) That was just plain hot.
I would probably be entertained watching the new Superman movie.

No, why bother...the 70's-80's versions with Christopher Reeve is the only "real" superman to me. he was BRILLIANT in them, totally a goofball as Clark Kent, and oober sexy as Superman!
Putting a pair of glasses on a good looking man doesn't make him a geek, unless he can act like one and SELL it.
i just don't see that happening with this new re-make.
id rather stay home and watch my collectors DVDs of Chris R.'s versions.

I am not going to see it, because I have never been interested in Superman. However, I do not think it will be VERY good, but I think the special effects will be amazing.

I'm gonna see it, and I think the effects will be great and the love interest will be pumped but it'll never match up to the original I'm afraid. Even if Brian Singer did direct it.

Since it is supposedly exactly the same as the original. I will wait to see it on cable. Don't really feel like paying $60 to bring the family to see a movie we have all seen before.

i'm not going to watch it. and yeah i think it's going to suck. it might be a great movie after all, but i still hate the whole superman thing.

I am not going to watch maybe rent but not go to see it in the theaters and it looks like it is really bad
